Liteh (or Leeteh) is a type of torshi that includes eggplant, celery, basil, tarragon, black caraway, pepper, garlic, salt and vinegar. The ingredients are all natural, so after opening the bottle must be refrigerated. Golchin offers Leeteh in both 16 and 32 oz bottles.
