Qottab (Ghottab) is an Iranian pastry made of eggs, yoghurt, flour, almonds, and cardamom.
Ghotab is one of three types of sweets the Iranian city of Yazd is famous for producing. The other two are Baghlava Yazdi (a certain type of Baklava from Yazd) and pashmak.
