A: We accept all forms of Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover and American express.
Q: What if Kalamala.com doesn't have an item I want?
A: Just let us know, and we will consider adding it to our product list. Please email us at contact@kalamala.com with new product ideas and any other ideas that you might have for improving our web site or service!
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: There is no minimum or maximum order size.
Q: Does someone need to be home to receive the shipment?
A: No. We do not require a signature for delivery.
Q: What if I don't receive an order confirmation?
A: Please contact us at contact@kalamala.com, and we will resend the confirmation for your order.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
A: When the item ships, we will email you the tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
Q: How will my credit card be processed and is your site secured?
A: Your credit card will be processed through our secure merchant account, Authoize.net. We do not store your credit card information in our database. Feel free to view our privacy policy located under the Private Policy tab. Kalamala.com uses SSL certificates during logon and checkout to protect your information. SSL is a the gold standard for buying stuff securely online.
Q: What if I don't get the items I ordered?
A: If this should happen, please contact us at contact@kalamala.com and we'll make sure to fix the issue.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Sorry, but all orders are final.

A: We ship to all 50 states.

A: Yes. Kalamala.com ships worldwide.

A: Yes.

A: Yes.
Q: What if I received an item(s) which differs from the picture on the site?
A: Images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Items may be different due to new packaging, a change in inventory, or a replacement of equal or greater value. However, the item received should match the written description on the site. One example of this might be receiving two 64 oz. bottles of juice when you ordered three 32 oz. bottles.
