The shipping was super fast and the packaging was excellent. Not a chance of damage to merchandise. Also, the customer service was outstanding. UPDATE: Changing my rating from one star to five stars. Someone from the company reached out to me and asked to send me some of the goodies from their store that I was originally going to order. The order got to me quickly and the goods were secure. It was nice that they reached out so many months later to turn around the situation. Thank you! I ordered multiple items from this store on 1/17. On 1/24, I inquired with the store for tracking on my items since they were supposed to arrive on the 24th. The customer service only let me know once I reached out to them that the items I ordered were no longer available. They gave me options for different items or a refund, but they should have reached out to me sooner so that I could have when made aware of the situation. Had I not reached out, would they have reached out to me? Who knows! The lack of communication was frustrating. I'll have to order elsewhere.
